AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for limitation on sale,
3 publication and disclosure of records.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 6114 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 6114. Limitation on sale, publication and disclosure of
9 records.

11 (e) Certain notification required.--Notwithstanding any
12 other provision of this section, the department shall notify an
13 employer of any conviction recorded against an employee's record
14 or any action to suspend or revoke an employee's operating
15 privilege if the vehicle involved in the violation leading to
16 the conviction or action is registered to the employer. Failure
1 of the employer to receive the notice shall not prevent the
2 action taken by the department.
3 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
