                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, imposing sanctions on employers who
     3     engage in the unlawful employment of aliens.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     7  Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
     8  § 7331.  Unlawful employment of aliens.
     9     An employer who is found by a court or administrative agency
    10  to have violated section 274A of the Immigration and Nationality
    11  Act (66 Stat. 163, 8 U.S.C. § 1324a) shall be subject to the
    12  suspension or revocation of its business or professional license
    13  by the applicable licensing authority.
    14     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
