AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Community and
2 Economic Development for the purpose of Tourism - Accredited
3 Zoos.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $2,000,000 is hereby appropriated to
7 the Department of Community and Economic Development for the
8 fiscal year July 1, 2003, to June 30, 2004, for Tourism -
9 Accredited Zoos.
10 Section 2. This act shall be construed consistent with the
11 act of March 20, 2003 (P.L. , No.1A), known as the General
12 Appropriation Act of 2003, and any provision in the act that
13 applies to appropriations to the Department of Community and
14 Economic Development shall apply to this act.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2003, or
16 immediately, whichever is later.
