                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 5, 1870 (P.L.47, No.28), entitled "An
     2     act for the draining of swampy and wet lands."

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The act of April 5, 1870 (P.L.47, No.28),
     6  entitled "An act for the draining of swampy and wet lands," is
     7  repealed.
     8     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
