                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the offense of
     3     forgery.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 4101(b) of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
     8  § 4101.  Forgery.
     9     * * *
    10     (b)  Definition.--As used in this section, the word "writing"
    11  includes printing or any other method of recording information,
    12  money, coins, tokens, stamps, seals, credit cards, badges,
    13  trademarks, electronic signatures and other symbols of value,
    14  right, privilege, or identification.

    16     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
