        INTRODUCED AS NONCONTROVERSIAL RESOLUTION UNDER RULE 35,
           NOVEMBER 13, 2001

                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Designating November 20, 2001, as "Towing Safety Day" in
     2     Pennsylvania.

     3     WHEREAS, The Pennsylvania Towing Association consistently
     4  provides reliable towing service to all Pennsylvanians; and
     5     WHEREAS, The Pennsylvania Towing Association assists
     6  emergency service providers at the State and local level in
     7  clearing accident scenes; and
     8     WHEREAS, The Pennsylvania Towing Association works diligently
     9  and tirelessly day and night and in any kind of weather to
    10  assist stranded motorists; and
    11     WHEREAS, The Pennsylvania Towing Association continuously
    12  strives to provide the safest and most professional towing
    13  services in this Commonwealth; therefore be it

     1     RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives designate
     2  November 20, 2001, as "Towing Safety Day" in Pennsylvania.
