AN ACT
1 Amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for fees for portable fishing ponds
3 operated as regulated fishing waters by nonprofit
4 organizations.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 3102(c) of Title 30 of the Pennsylvania
8 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
9 § 3102. Fees.

11 (c) Portable fishing ponds.--
12 (1) [The] Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (3),
13 the annual license fee for a portable trout fishing pond
14 which the operator seeks to operate as a Class A regulated
15 fishing lake shall be $200.
16 (2) [The] Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (4),
17 the annual license fee for a portable trout fishing pond
18 which the operator seeks to operate as a Class B regulated
1 fishing lake shall be $50.
2 (3) The annual license fee for a portable trout fishing
3 pond which is operated as a Class A regulated fishing lake
4 exclusively by or on behalf of a nonprofit sportsmen's,
5 conservation or charitable organization shall be $25.
6 (4) The annual license fee for a portable trout fishing
7 pond which is operated as a Class B regulated fishing lake
8 exclusively by or on behalf of a nonprofit sportsmen's,
9 conservation or charitable organization shall be $10.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
