                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of June 19, 1941 (P.L.142, No.77), entitled
     2     "An act authorizing political subdivisions to appropriate
     3     money for participation in Federal Surplus Commodities Stamp
     4     plans; to borrow money and issue bonds for said purpose;
     5     providing for payment of such appropriations into a special
     6     fund in the State Treasury; appropriating the money in such
     7     fund, and authorizing the purchase of necessary insurance."

     8     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     9  hereby enacts as follows:
    10     Section 1.  The act of June 19, 1941 (P.L.142, No.77),
    11  entitled "An act authorizing political subdivisions to
    12  appropriate money for participation in Federal Surplus
    13  Commodities Stamp plans; to borrow money and issue bonds for
    14  said purpose; providing for payment of such appropriations into
    15  a special fund in the State Treasury; appropriating the money in
    16  such fund, and authorizing the purchase of necessary insurance,"
    17  is repealed.
    18     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
