                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 26, 1893 (P.L.24, No.19), entitled
     2     "An act to provide for the licensing and regulation of lying-
     3     in hospitals."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of April 26, 1893 (P.L.24, No.19),
     7  entitled "An act to provide for the licensing and regulation of
     8  lying-in hospitals," is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
