SENATE AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE AMENDMENTS, JUNE 1, 1998
AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within
2 the General Fund to the Office of Consumer Advocate in the
3 Office of Attorney General.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $4,365,000 $4,115,000 is hereby <--
7 appropriated from the restricted revenue account within the
8 General Fund to the Office of Consumer Advocate in the Office of
9 Attorney General to provide for the operation of that office for
10 the fiscal year July 1, 1998, to June 30, 1999.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998, or
12 immediately, whichever is later.
