AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of June 11, 1879 (P.L.153, No.163), entitled
2 "An act granting power to boroughs in this Commonwealth which
3 have issued bonds to secure any indebtedness, to redeem the
4 same before maturity, with consent of the holders thereof,
5 and issue new bonds at a less rate of interest."
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. The act of June 11, 1879 (P.L.153, No.163),
9 entitled "An act granting power to boroughs in this Commonwealth
10 which have issued bonds to secure any indebtedness, to redeem
11 the same before maturity, with consent of the holders thereof,
12 and issue new bonds at a less rate of interest," is repealed.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
