                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 29, 1844 (P.L.486, No.318), entitled
     2     "An act to reduce the state debt, and to incorporate the
     3     Pennsylvania canal and railroad company."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of April 29, 1844 (P.L.486, No.318),
     7  entitled "An act to reduce the state debt, and to incorporate
     8  the Pennsylvania canal and railroad company," is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
