AN ACT
1 Prohibiting the sale or serving of coffee in prisons.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. Definitions.
5 The following words and phrases when used in this act shall
6 have the meanings given to them in this section unless the
7 context clearly indicates otherwise:
8 "Prison." A State correctional institution, a county prison
9 or jail or any other correctional facility, including juvenile
10 facilities.
11 Section 2. Coffee prohibited.
12 The sale or serving of coffee in a prison is prohibited.
13 Section 3. Effective date.
14 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
