AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Treasury Department out of the
2 Fish Fund for payment of general obligation debt service.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The following sum is hereby appropriated, out of
6 the fund indicated, to the Treasury Department for the fiscal
7 year July 1, 1996, to June 30, 1997, for payment of general
8 obligation debt service.
9 Out of the Fish Fund........................... $1,000
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1996, or
11 immediately, whichever is later.
