AN ACT
1 Requiring inmates to pay court filing fees.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. Filing fees.
5 A State correctional institution or county correctional
6 institution shall draw from the inmate's salary or the inmate's
7 account, as much as practicable, any filing fee associated with
8 a lawsuit filed by the inmate.
9 Section 2. Effective date.
10 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
