AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Museum of Scientific Discovery in
2 Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $100,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Museum of Scientific Discovery in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for
7 the fiscal year July 1, 1996, to June 30, 1997.
8 Section 2. Payments to the Museum of Scientific Discovery on
9 account of the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made
10 quarterly by the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania
11 Historical and Museum Commission.
12 Section 3. The Museum of Scientific Discovery shall provide
13 full, complete and accurate information as may be required by
14 the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission or the
15 majority chairman or the minority chairman of the Appropriations
16 Committee of the Senate or the majority chairman or the minority
17 chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the House of
1 Representatives.
2 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1996, or
3 immediately, whichever is later.
