                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, prohibiting school-age children in
     3     businesses during school hours.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     7  Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
     8  § 6315.  Prohibition of school-age children in businesses during
     9             school hours.
    10     A person commits a summary offense if he knowingly permits
    11  school-age children to continuously frequent his place of
    12  business during school hours.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
