A SUPPLEMENT 1 To the act of June 28, 1993 (P.L.134, No.31), entitled "An act 2 providing for the capital budget for the fiscal year 1993- 3 1994," itemizing public highway projects to be constructed by 4 current revenues of the Department of Transportation, 5 together with the estimated financial costs; and making 6 appropriations. 7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 8 hereby enacts as follows: 9 Section 1. Short title. 10 This act shall be known and may be cited as the Highway 11 Supplement to the Capital Budget Act of 1993-1994. 12 Section 2. Authorization. 13 The total authorization for the capital projects in the 14 category of highway projects itemized in section 3 and to be 15 constructed by the Department of Transportation, its successors 16 or assigns, and to be financed by current revenues of the Motor 17 License Fund shall be $400,000 18 Section 3. Itemization. 19 Additional capital projects in the category of public highway
1 projects to be constructed by the Department of Transportation, 2 its successors or assigns, and to be financed by current 3 revenues of the Motor License Fund are hereby itemized, together 4 with their respective estimated financial costs, as follows: 5 Total 6 Project 7 Project Allocation 8 (1) York County $400,000 9 (i) New Cumberland Army Depot Access Road 10 (A) Construct access road from the 11 Pennsylvania Turnpike to the New 12 Cumberland Army Depot and install 13 traffic signals 400,000 14 (Base Project Allocation - $400,000) 15 Section 4. Federal funds. 16 All moneys receive from the Federal Government for the 17 projects specifically itemized in this act are also hereby 18 appropriated for those projects. 19 Section 5. Allocation of funds. 20 Whenever as determined by the Department of Transportation 21 that the full estimated financial costs of the projects itemized 22 in section 3 are not necessary for the proper design, 23 acquisition or construction of such projects, the excess funds 24 no longer required may be allocated by the Department of 25 Transportation to increase the estimated costs of any one or 26 more of the projects specifically itemized in a capital budget. 27 Section 6.
