AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to St. Francis Hospital, Pittsburgh.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $132,000 is hereby appropriated to St.
5 Francis Hospital, Pittsburgh, for the fiscal year July 1, 1993,
6 to June 30, 1994, for cardiovascular studies. Payment of this
7 appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of Health in equal
8 quarterly payments.
9 Section 2. St. Francis Hospital shall provide full, complete
10 and accurate information as may be required by the Department of
11 Health or the majority chairman or the minority chairman of the
12 Appropriations Committee of the Senate or the majority chairman
13 or the minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the
14 House of Representatives.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1993, or
16 immediately, whichever is later.
