AN ACT
1 Amending the act of May 28, 1993 (P.L. , No.1A), entitled "An
2 act to provide from the General Fund for the expenses of the
3 Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the
4 Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for
5 the fiscal year July 1, 1993, to June 30, 1994, for certain
6 institutions and organizations, and for the payment of bills
7 incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year
8 ending June 30, 1993; to provide appropriations from the
9 State Lottery Fund, the Pennsylvania Economic Revitalization
10 Fund, the Energy Conservation and Assistance Fund, the
11 Hazardous Material Response Fund, The State Stores Fund, the
12 Milk Marketing Fund, the Home Investment Trust Fund and the
13 Emergency Medical Services Operating Fund to the Executive
14 Department; to provide appropriations from the Judicial
15 Computer System Augmentation Account to the Judicial
16 Department; to provide appropriations from the Motor License
17 Fund for the fiscal year July 1, 1993, to June 30, 1994, for
18 the proper operation of the several departments of the
19 Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania State Police authorized to
20 spend Motor License Fund moneys; to provide for the
21 appropriation of Federal funds to the Executive and Judicial
22 Departments of the Commonwealth and for the establishment of
23 restricted receipt accounts for the fiscal year July 1, 1993,
24 to June 30, 1994, and for the payment of bills remaining
25 unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1993;
26 and to provide for the additional appropriation of State and
27 Federal funds to the Executive, Legislative and Judicial
28 Departments of the Commonwealth for the fiscal year July 1,
29 1992, to June 30, 1993, and for the payment of bills incurred
30 and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending
31 June 30, 1992," providing a supplemental appropriation for
32 low-income energy assistance.
33 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
1 hereby enacts as follows:
2 Section 1. Section 219 of the act of May 28, 1993 (P.L. ,
3 No.1A), known as the General Appropriation Act of 1993, is
4 amended by adding an appropriation to read:
