AN ACT
1 Amending Title 15 (Corporations and Unincorporated Associations)
2 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing
3 for the fee schedule of the Corporation Bureau.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 153(a)(8) of Title 15 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes, amended December 18, 1992 (P.L.1269,
8 No.167), is amended to read:
9 § 153. Fee schedule.
10 (a) General rule.--The fees of the Corporation Bureau of the
11 Department of State, including fees for the public acts and
12 transactions of the Secretary of the Commonwealth administered
13 through the bureau, and of county filing officers under Title 13
14 (relating to commercial code), shall be as follows:

22 in addition to the fee provided above,

27 [(vi) Seventy-five percent of the
28 county fees collected pursuant to
29 subparagraphs (i) through (v) shall be
30 payable to the Commonwealth and shall be

2 (vii) Beginning on January 1, 1994,
3 and each January 1 thereafter, the costs
4 under paragraph (8) shall be increased by
5 the percentage of increase in the Consumer
6 Price Index for Urban Workers for the
7 immediate preceding calendar year which
8 shall be published in the Pennsylvania
9 Bulletin annually by the Supreme Court on
10 or before the preceding November 30. This
11 subparagraph shall expire January 1, 2001.]
