                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating a bridge over the Allegheny River in Allegheny
     2     County, as the Jonathan Hulton Memorial Bridge.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Bridge designation.
     6     The bridge over the Allegheny River which carries State Road
     7  2082 between the Borough of Oakmont and the Township of Harmar
     8  in Allegheny County is officially designated and shall be known
     9  as the Jonathan Hulton Memorial Bridge.
    10  Section 2.  Appropriate signs.
    11     The Department of Transportation shall erect appropriate
    12  signs or markers to indicate the designation under section 1.
    13  Section 3.  Effective date.
    14     This act shall take effect immediately.
