AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for restrictions on use of
3 limited access highways.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 3313 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 3313. Restrictions on use of limited access highways.

10 (c) Motorcycles.--Upon any limited access highway in an <--
11 urban district, motorcycles may be operated (C) MOTORCYCLES.-- <--
12 EXCEPT ON BUSWAYS IN COUNTIES OF THE FIRST OR SECOND CLASS,
13 MOTORCYCLES MAY BE OPERATED UPON ANY LIMITED ACCESS HIGHWAY IN
14 AN URBAN DISTRICT IN ANY OTHER COUNTY in a lane specified for
15 multioccupant vehicles or car pools.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
