        ADOPTED, JULY 22, 1991

                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Memorializing the Congress of the United States to investigate
     2     the live sightings of POW's and MIA's and to investigate our
     3     national policy in this area.

     4     RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the
     5  Commonwealth of Pennsylvania memorialize the Congress of the
     6  United States to investigate the live sightings of POW's and
     7  MIA's in Southeast Asia and to investigate the current policy of
     8  the United States regarding the sightings of POW's and MIA's;
     9  and be it further
    10     RESOLVED, That copies of this resolution be transmitted to
    11  the presiding officers of each house of Congress and to each
    12  member of Congress from Pennsylvania.
