A RESOLUTION
1 Recognizing "Professional Secretaries' Week" and "Professional
2 Secretaries' Day."
3 WHEREAS, Professional secretaries uphold the highest
4 standards of ethical and professional judgment; and
5 WHEREAS, Professional secretaries should be recognized for
6 their outstanding contributions to business, education and
7 government; therefore be it
8 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives acknowledge the
9 week of April 21 through 27, 1991, as "Professional Secretaries'
10 Week" and April 24, 1991, as "Professional Secretaries' Day,"
11 and urge all citizens to join Professional Secretaries
12 International, originator and sponsor of the week and day, as
13 they acknowledge the vital contributions of secretaries to
14 offices everywhere.
