AN ACT
1 Providing for the display of the POW/MIA flag at certain public
2 buildings and property in this Commonwealth.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Display of POW/MIA flag.
6 The POW/MIA flag may be displayed during normal business
7 hours at the following public buildings in this Commonwealth:
8 the State Capitol Building in Harrisburg and the State office
9 buildings in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Reading and Scranton, the
10 principal municipal building in any municipality and the
11 principal county building in any county seat; and on or near any
12 public road, bridge, tunnel, turnpike tunnel or any other public
13 place.
14 Section 2. Effective date.
15 This act shall take effect immediately.
