AN ACT
1 Amending the act of July 1, 1992 (P.L. , No.11A), entitled, "A
2 supplement to the act of April 1, 1863 (P.L.213, No.227),
3 entitled 'An act to accept the grant of Public Lands, by the
4 United States, to the several states, for the endowment of
5 Agricultural Colleges,' making appropriations for carrying
6 the same into effect; providing for a basis for payments of
7 such appropriations; and providing a method of accounting for
8 the funds appropriated," increasing appropriations for the
9 various programs and expenses at The Pennsylvania State
10 University.
11 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
12 hereby enacts as follows:
13 Section 1. Section 1 of the act of July 1, 1992 (P.L. ,
14 No.11A), entitled, "A supplement to the act of April 1, 1863
15 (P.L.213, No.227), entitled 'An act to accept the grant of
16 Public Lands, by the United States, to the several states, for
17 the endowment of Agricultural Colleges,' making appropriations
18 for carrying the same into effect; providing for a basis for
19 payments of such appropriations; and providing a method of
20 accounting for the funds appropriated," vetoed in part, is
21 amended to read:
1 Section 1. In order to carry into effect the act of
2 Congress, approved July 2, 1862, granting public land to the
3 several states for educational purposes, and subsequent acts of
4 Congress related thereto, and the act of the General Assembly of
5 Pennsylvania accepting the provisions and conditions of said
6 acts of Congress and pledging the faith of the State to carry
7 the same into effect, the following sums, or as much thereof as
8 may be necessary, are hereby appropriated to the Trustees of The
9 Pennsylvania State University for the fiscal year July 1, 1992,
10 to June 30, 1993, for the purposes and in the amounts as shown:

15 (3) For the Central Pennsylvania Psychiatric
