AN ACT
1 Repealing certain obsolete laws relating to Pittsburgh.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The following acts are repealed:
5 Act of May 22, 1878 (P.L.87, No.111), entitled "An act in
6 relation to personal and occupation taxes in cities of the
7 second class."
8 Act of February 14, 1881 (P.L.3, No.1), entitled "An act
9 extending the term of office of the city treasurer in cities of
10 the second class."
11 Act of May 21, 1895 (P.L.90, No.65), entitled "An act in
12 relation to the official newspaper advertising of cities of the
1 second class."
2 Act of June 13, 1897 (P.L.138, No.113), entitled "An act
3 regulating the location of cemeteries, hospitals and pest houses
4 in cities of the second class of this Commonwealth."
5 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
