        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON JUDICIARY, APRIL 17, 1991

                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, further providing for evidence in
     3     prosecutions for sexual offenses.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     7  Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
     8  § 3108.  Evidence relating to manner in which victim was
     9             dressed.
    10     Evidence relating to the manner in which the victim was
    11  dressed at the time of the offense to suggest that the victim
    12  provoked the offense shall not be admissible in a prosecution
    13  under this chapter.
    14     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
