                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within
     2     the General Fund to the Office of Consumer Advocate.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $3,271,000 is hereby appropriated from
     6  the restricted revenue account within the General Fund to the
     7  Office of Consumer Advocate to provide for the operation of that
     8  office for the fiscal year July 1, 1991, to June 30, 1992.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1991, or
    10  immediately, whichever is later.
