AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Everhart Museum in Scranton.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $35,000 is hereby appropriated to the
5 Everhart Museum in Scranton for the fiscal year July 1, 1990, to
6 June 30, 1991.
7 Section 2. Payments to the Everhart Museum on account of the
8 appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made quarterly by
9 the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum
10 Commission.
11 Section 3. The Everhart Museum shall provide such
12 information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of
13 this act and in such form and manner as the Pennsylvania
14 Historical and Museum Commission shall prescribe.
15 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1990, or
16 immediately, whichever is later.
