                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of July 19, 1935 (P.L.1321, No.414), entitled
     2     "An act requiring specifications for the construction,
     3     alteration, or repair of public works of the Commonwealth,
     4     county, municipality, or other subdivisions of the
     5     Commonwealth, to contain a provision that the laborers or
     6     mechanics employed thereon shall have been residents of this
     7     Commonwealth for at least ninety days prior to their
     8     employment; and prescribing penalties."

     9     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
    10  hereby enacts as follows:
    11     Section 1.  The act of July 19, 1935 (P.L.1321, No.414),
    12  entitled "An act requiring specifications for the construction,
    13  alteration, or repair of public works of the Commonwealth,
    14  county, municipality, or other subdivisions of the Commonwealth,
    15  to contain a provision that the laborers or mechanics employed
    16  thereon shall have been residents of this Commonwealth for at
    17  least ninety days prior to their employment; and prescribing
    18  penalties," is repealed.
    19     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
