AN ACT
1 Designating the dam on the Susquehanna River at Williamsport as
2 the Anthony J. Cimini Dam.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Designation of dam.
6 The dam on the Susquehanna River at Williamsport is hereby
7 designated and shall be known as the Anthony J. Cimini Dam in
8 honor of Anthony J. Cimini, who represented the 83rd Legislative
9 District for 14 years and was instrumental in having the dam
10 constructed.
11 Section 2. Effective date.
12 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
