                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania Public Utility
     2     Commission for the addition of ten railroad safety
     3     inspectors.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of $432,000, or as much thereof as may be
     7  necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Pennsylvania Public
     8  Utility Commission for the fiscal year 1987-1988, for the
     9  addition of ten railroad safety inspectors.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
