AN ACT
1 Reestablishing the State Board for Certification of Sewage
2 Enforcement Officers which is scheduled for termination under
3 the Sunset Act.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Reestablishment of State Board for Certification of
7 Sewage Enforcement Officers.
8 (a) General rule.--The State Board for Certification of
9 Sewage Enforcement Officers, established under Section 11 of the
10 act of January 24, 1966 (1965 P.L.1535, No.537), known as the
11 Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act, and scheduled for
12 termination under section 6 of the act of December 22, 1981
13 (P.L.508, No.142), known as the Sunset Act, is reestablished.
14 (b) Future evaluation, review and termination.--The State
15 Board for Certification of Sewage Enforcement Officers is
16 subject to evaluation, review and termination within the time
17 and in the manner provided in the Sunset Act.
18 (c) Compliance with requirements to reestablish agency.--
1 This act, with respect to the State Board for Certification of
2 Sewage Enforcement Officers, constitutes the legislation
3 required to reestablish an agency under the Sunset Act.
4 Section 2. Effective date.
5 This act shall take effect immediately.
