AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Trustees of the Buhl Science
2 Center.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $180,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Trustees of the Buhl Science Center, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania,
7 for the fiscal year July 1, 1987, to June 30, 1988, for the
8 general operation of the planetarium and institute.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Buhl Science Center on account of
10 the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made quarterly
11 by the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Historical and
12 Museum Commission.
13 Section 3. The Trustees of the Buhl Science Center shall
14 provide such information as may be necessary to carry out the
15 provisions of this act and in such form and manner as the
16 Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission shall prescribe.
17 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1987, or
1 immediately, whichever is later.
