AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for parking and traffic-control
3 devices in cities of the first class.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 6116. Certain ordinances in cities of the first class.
9 Notwithstanding any provision of this title, the governing
10 body of a city of the first class may, by ordinance, establish
11 regulations governing parking and traffic-control devices with
12 such provisions as the governing body deems appropriate.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
