                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Amending House Resolution No. 152, adopted June 28, 1985,
     2     entitled "A resolution directing the House Conservation
     3     Committee to investigate the continuing management problems
     4     in the Department of Environmental Resources; and
     5     supplementing House Resolutions 14 and 24," adding an
     6     appropriation.

     7     Section 1.  RESOLVED, That the Title of House Resolution No.
     8  152, adopted June 28, 1985, be amended to read:
     9                            A RESOLUTION
    10  Directing the House Conservation Committee to investigate the
    11     continuing management problems in the Department of
    12     Environmental Resources; authorizing certain expenditures;
    13     and supplementing House Resolutions 14 and 24.
    14     Section 2.  RESOLVED, That House Resolution No. 152 be
    15  amended by adding, after the fourth resolve clause, a resolve
    16  clause to read:

    18     RESOLVED, That the committee is authorized to hire staff and
    19  other assistants as it deems necessary and the salaries, wages,

     1  fees and other expenses therefor shall be paid from accounts
     2  under the control of the Chief Clerk, in an amount not to exceed
     3  $50,000; and be it further
