AN ACT
1 Making appropriations to the Downingtown Industrial and
2 Agricultural School, Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $744,000 $754,000 is hereby <--
6 appropriated to the Downingtown Industrial and Agricultural
7 School of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year July 1,
8 1985, to June 30, 1986, for operation and maintenance of the
9 school.
10 Section 2. The sum of $81,000 is hereby appropriated to the
11 Downingtown Industrial and Agricultural School for payment of
12 debts incurred prior to July 1, 1984.
13 Section 3. Payments to the Downingtown Industrial and
14 Agricultural School on account of the appropriation provided in
15 section 1 shall be made by the Secretary of Education in equal
16 quarterly payments.
1 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1985, or, if
2 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
