AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation from a restricted revenue account within
2 the General Fund to the Public Utility Commission.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $20,543,000, or as much thereof as may
6 be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the restricted revenue
7 account within the General Fund to the Public Utility Commission
8 for the fiscal year July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1984, to provide
9 for the operation of the commission.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1983 or, if
11 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately,
