AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Beacon Lodge Camp.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $35,000 $31,000 is hereby appropriated <--
5 to the Beacon Lodge Camp for the fiscal year July 1, 1984 to
6 June 30, 1985, for services to the blind.
7 Section 2. Payments to the Beacon Lodge Camp on account of
8 the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made by the
9 Secretary of Public Welfare in equal quarterly payments.
10 Section 3. Beacon Lodge Camp shall provide such information
11 as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and
12 in such form and manner as the Department of Public Welfare
13 shall prescribe.
14 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1984 or, if
15 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
