AN ACT
1 Amending the act of July 22, 1983 (P.L.687, No.22A), entitled
2 "An act making appropriations to the Trustees of the Berean
3 Training and Industrial School, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,"
4 increasing the appropriation for the operation and
5 maintenance of Berean.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 1(a) of the act of July 22, 1983
9 (P.L.687, No.22A), entitled "An act making appropriations to the
10 Trustees of the Berean Training and Industrial School,
11 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania," is amended to read:
12 Section 1. (a) The sum of [$600,000] $623,000 is hereby
13 appropriated to the Trustees of the Berean Training and
14 Industrial School, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal
15 year July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1984, for operation and
16 maintenance of the school.
