AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Home for Crippled Children,
2 Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $500,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Home for Crippled Children, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for the
7 fiscal year July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1984, in accordance with
8 procedures established by the Secretary of Public Welfare.
9 Payment of this appropriation shall be made quarterly by the
10 Secretary of Public Welfare.
11 Section 2. The Home for Crippled Children shall provide such
12 information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of
13 this act and in such form and manner as the Department of Public
14 Welfare shall prescribe.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1983 or, if
16 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
