AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to St. Christopher's Hospital,
2 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $575,000 is hereby appropriated to St.
6 Christopher's Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for the
7 fiscal year July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1984, for the outpatient
8 and inpatient treatment of severe physically disabling diseases
9 and general maintenance and operation of the hospital. Payment
10 of this appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of Health
11 in equal quarterly payments.
12 Section 2. St. Christopher's Hospital shall provide such
13 information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of
14 this act and in such form and manner as the Department of Health
15 shall prescribe.
16 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1983 or, if
17 enacted subsequent to that date, then immediately.
