AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to St. Christopher's Hospital of
2 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for treatment of cerebral palsy.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $575,000 is hereby specifically
6 appropriated to St. Christopher's Hospital of Philadelphia,
7 Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year July 1, 1982 to June 30, 1983,
8 for the outpatient and inpatient treatment of cerebral palsy,
9 other severe physically disabling diseases and general
10 maintenance and operation of the hospital. Payment of this
11 appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of Health in equal
12 quarterly payments.
13 Section 2. St. Christopher's Hospital shall provide such
14 information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of
15 this act and in such form and manner as the Department of Health
16 shall prescribe.
17 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1982.
