AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Delaware Valley College of
2 Science and Agriculture at Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $307,000 is hereby specifically
6 appropriated to the Delaware Valley College of Science and
7 Agriculture at Doylestown, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal period
8 July 1, 1982 to June 30, 1983, for instruction and student aid.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Delaware Valley College of
10 Science and Agriculture on account of the appropriation provided
11 in section 1 shall be made by the Secretary of Education in
12 equal quarterly payments.
13 Section 3. The college shall provide such information and in
14 such form and manner as the Department of Education may
15 prescribe.
16 Section 4. The Delaware Valley College of Science and
17 Agriculture shall report its revenues and expenditures and
1 present its financial statements in accordance with generally
2 accepted accounting principles and procedures for educational
3 institutions as set forth in the "Higher Education Finance
4 Manual of 1975," without exception.
5 Section 5. This act shall take effect July 1, 1982.
