AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Education for the
2 Pennsylvania Conservation Leadership School at Stone Valley
3 Recreation Area.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $35,000 is hereby specifically
7 appropriated to the Department of Education for the Pennsylvania
8 Conservation Leadership School at Stone Valley Recreation Area
9 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1981 and ending June 30,
10 1982.
11 Section 2. Any part of this appropriation which is
12 unexpended, uncommitted or unencumbered as of June 30, 1982
13 shall automatically lapse.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1981 unless
15 enacted thereafter when it shall take effect immediately.
