AN ACT
1 Making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of
2 Education for payment of approved operating and capital
3 expenses of community colleges and technical institutes.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. In addition to any amounts appropriated to the
7 Department of Education by the act of 1981 (No. ),
8 known as the "General Appropriation Act of 1981," the sum of
9 $3,000,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby
10 appropriated to the department for payment of approved operating
11 and capital expenses of community colleges and technical
12 institutes for the 1981-1982 fiscal year.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
