AN ACT
1 Amending the act of 1981 (No. ) entitled "An act to
2 provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and
3 Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt and
4 for the public schools for the fiscal period July 1, 1981 to
5 June 30, 1982, and for the payment of bills incurred and
6 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending
7 June 30, 1981; itemizing appropriations of the Federal
8 Augmentation to the Executive and Judicial Departments of the
9 Commonwealth, establishing restricted receipts accounts for
10 the fiscal period July 1, 1981 to June 30, 1982 and for the
11 payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close
12 of the fiscal period ending June 30, 1981 and to provide
13 additional and supplemental appropriations from the General
14 Fund and the Motor License Fund to the various departments of
15 the Commonwealth for the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to June
16 30, 1981," further providing for a certain appropriation to
17 the Department of Public Welfare.
18 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
19 hereby enacts as follows:
20 Section 1. As much of section 201, act of 1981
21 (No. ), known as the "General Appropriation Act of 1981," as
22 pertains to the appropriation to the Department of Public
23 Welfare for intermediate care facilities/MR, is amended to read:
24 Section 201. The following sums, or as much thereof as may
25 be necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the
1 General Fund to the several hereinafter named agencies of the
2 Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the
3 Commonwealth for the payment of salaries, wages or other
4 compensation and travel expense of the duly elected or appointed
5 officers and employees of the Commonwealth, for payment of fees
6 of contractual services rendered, for the purchase or rental of
7 goods, services, printing, equipment, land and buildings and for
8 payment of any other expenses, as provided by law or by this
9 act, necessary for the proper conduct of the duties, functions
10 and activities and for the purposes hereinafter set forth for
11 the fiscal period beginning July 1, 1981 and for the payment of
12 bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal
13 period ending June 30, 1981.
