                                     AN ACT

     1  Authorizing the Borough of Bridgeville, County of Allegheny, to
     2     convey a certain parcel of property located in Upper St.
     3     Clair Township, Allegheny County, free of the restrictions
     4     imposed by "Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act"
     5     upon the repayment of certain moneys.

     6     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     7  hereby enacts as follows:
     8     Section 1.  Pursuant to the requirements of subsection (b) of
     9  section 20, act of June 22, 1964 (Sp.Sess. P.L.131, No.8), known
    10  as the "Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act," the
    11  General Assembly hereby authorizes the Borough of Bridgeville in
    12  Allegheny County to transfer the parcel of land described in
    13  section 2 to H. F. Behrhorst & Son, Inc. As consideration for
    14  the authorization granted by this act, the Borough of
    15  Bridgeville shall make repayment to the Commonwealth in the lump
    16  sum of $190.81, representing the prorated assistance received by
    17  the Borough of Bridgeville from Project 70 Funds for acquisition
    18  of the land herein authorized to be transferred. Such repayment
    19  shall be credited to the "Project 70 Land Acquisition Sinking

     1  Fund." Upon making such repayment, the subject parcel shall be
     2  free of the restrictions on use and alienation provided in the
     3  "Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act."
     4     Section 2.  The parcel of land authorized to be transferred
     5  pursuant to this act is more particularly described as follows:
     6     All that certain piece or parcel of ground situate in the
     7  Township of Upper St. Clair, County of Allegheny and
     8  Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
     9     On the south by Parcel No. 1 in a deed from Iron City Sash
    10  and Door Company to Allegheny County Industrial Development
    11  Authority dated January 11, 1972 and recorded in Deed Book
    12  Volume 5055, page 84; on the east and north by Chartiers Creek
    13  as now located and on the west by the right-of-way of Penn
    14  Central Company (formerly Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago and
    15  St. Louis Railroad).
    16     Containing 1.49 acres, more or less.
    17     Section 3.  This act shall take effect immediately.
